User Guide Step by Step:
This webgis tool is very simple and easy to use. We will go through step by step to know the functionality of this time zone locator on map application.
Step 1: Search by Location
1st step is to enter your desired street address, zip code / postal code or geographic coordinates in the form of lat & lon. click or tap search button in green color. Map will zoom to the entered address if found.
Now click on map where you want to know the time zone. After click a popup window will appear and will display the desired information.
Step 1-1: Search by My Current Location
Blue button showing “My Location” will fetch your current geographic location. Click or tap on my location button then your web browser will ask to read your location. Allow the location and map will be zoomed to the current device location. Now click on map where you want to check your current time zone. Again a popup window will appear showing GMT time zone, location information including street, city, state and country name. Date and time in that zone and geographic coordinates.
Step 2: Share Information on Whatsapp
At bottom of the popup window there will be a green button stating ” Share on Whatsapp”. Click or tap on the button and it will redirect to whatsapp. Now you can share the information with your whatsapp contacts that is pre-filled in message area.
